This trial is looking for adults with PTSD to test a new treatment called TSND-201. Participants will receive TSND-201 or a placebo once a week for 4 weeks, followed by an 8-week follow-up.
You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with PTSD for at least 6 months.
- I have tried at least one treatment for PTSD.
- I can communicate well to complete interviews and questionnaires.
- I do not have any other significant health issues.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a primary diagnosis of another mental health disorder.
- My body mass index (BMI) is below 18 or above 40.
- I cannot stop using nicotine for at least 8 hours.
- I am taking medications or therapies that are not allowed.
- I have a history of significant heart or brain problems.
