This trial is looking for adults aged 18 to 75 with certain types of pituitary tumors that are hard to see on regular MRIs. Participants will undergo special imaging to see if it helps in finding tumors and guiding treatment options.
You may be able to join if
- I am between 18 and 75 years old.
- I have been diagnosed with Cushing's disease, Acromegaly, or tumor hyperprolactinemia.
- My regular MRI results are not clear for identifying a tumor.
- I am willing to have surgery if a tumor is found or I am already scheduled for surgery.
- I can provide informed consent and complete the imaging tests.
- I am a female of childbearing potential and have a negative pregnancy test within the last 48 hours.
You may not be able to join if
- I cannot have MRI or PET scans.
- I am allergic to contrast agents or other imaging materials.
- I have severe medical issues that prevent me from participating.
- My MRI clearly identified the adenoma.
