About This Trial
SOPHIE is a prospective, multicentre, observational cohort study aiming to enrol 2,000 CHF patients. Baseline assessments include validated PA questionnaires (GPAQ, IPAQ, KCCQ) and seven-day step counts from commercially available pedometer devices.
