Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for people with chronic kidney disease or rheumatoid arthritis who want to see if an exercise program can help reduce heart risks. Participants will join exercise sessions three times a week for six weeks and attend follow-up visits.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I have been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease or rheumatoid arthritis.
  • I have a kidney function rate between 45 and 20 ml/min or a DAS 28 score of 2.6 or higher.
  • I have a medical certificate saying I can safely do physical activity.
  • I am a beneficiary of a French social security scheme.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am taking more than 10 mg of prednisone per day.
  • I have uncontrolled high blood pressure.
  • I am pregnant.
  • I have trouble understanding or following an exercise program.
  • I cannot perform physical exercise for any reason.
  • I have legal incapacity or limited legal capacity.
  • I don't have health insurance.
  • I am currently involved in another study that could affect this one.

Inclusion Criteria: * Diagnosis of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) or Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), with no other risk factors related to the disease. * Having a glomerular filtration rate between 45 and 20 ml/min/1.73 m², corresponding to stages III and IV not on dialysis for patients with CKD ; or have…
