Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) is an increasingly recognized cause of chronic liver disease and is closely linked with obesity, metabolic abnormalities, and nutritional status. Inclusion Criteria:
* Age 18 years or above
* Resident of the selected community
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregnant women
* Severe illness precluding participation like paralysis, bed ridden, cancer etc
