Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Pregnant women over 18 years of age, primiparous or multiparous.
* At the beginning of the third trimester of pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Multiple pregnancies.
* Previous spinal surgery.
* Psychiatric disorders.
