Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Male or female gender.
* Age 12 years or older.
* Diagnosis of moderate or severe depressive episode requiring SSRI treatment (fluoxetine, escitalopram, or sertraline).
* Written informed consent provided by patient and/or legal guardian.
