Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age 60 years or older
* Admission for acute proximal femoral fracture (femoral neck, intertrochanteric, or subtrochanteric fracture)
* Surgical treatment for hip fracture
* Ability to obtain clinical data required for NHFS and frailty assessment
