Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with advanced lung or pancreatic cancer that has a specific genetic mutation. Those who join will receive a treatment called ASP3082 and provide samples during the study.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with advanced lung cancer or pancreatic cancer.
  • I have a specific genetic mutation called KRAS G12D.
  • I have received some prior treatment for my cancer.
  • I understand and sign the consent form to join the study.
  • I have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • I can provide blood and tumor samples for testing.
  • I have at least one measurable tumor.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am not willing to provide blood and tissue samples.
  • I have cancer that could be treated with curative intent.
  • I have had severe allergic reactions to treatments like this.
  • I had radiation therapy too recently.
  • I have received other anticancer treatments too recently.
  • I have had major surgery less than 28 days ago.
  • I have spinal cord compression or brain metastases.

About This Trial
UNLOCK ASP3082 is an open label, single arm, multicenter, phase 2 platform study that aims to evaluate the mechanisms of action and resistance to ASP3082 in metastatic/locally advanced Non-Samll-Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) and Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC) with the presence of KRAS G12D mutation. The two cohorts of patients are the following : i. cohort NSCLC : patients with NSCLC with KRAS…
