About This Trial
It is thought that a yoga intervention administered to pregnant women will reduce stress levels, enhance sexual quality of life, and positively affect sleep habits. According to the power analysis results, the study must include at least 70 pregnant women (35 in the experimental group and 35 in the control group). Inclusion Criteria:
* In their third trimester,
* Able to read and write in Turkish,
* Use a smartphone and have internet access,
* Have no communication barriers,
* Voluntarily agree to participate in the research.
