This trial is looking for adults with a specific type of lung disease caused by MDA5 antibodies. Participants will receive a medication called Emapalumab to see if it helps improve their condition.
You may be able to join if
- I have worsening respiratory symptoms
- I have new or increased oxygen needs
- My lung disease has worsened on a CT scan
- My lung function tests show worse results
- I have MDA5 antibodies
- My ferritin levels are higher than normal
- I am at least 18 years old
You may not be able to join if
- I have an active untreated bacterial, mycobacterial, or fungal infection
- I have an active herpes zoster infection
- I currently need extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO)
- I do not want to participate in the study
- I am pregnant
- I am a prisoner
