Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* patients with recurrent anterior shoulder instability with one or more events of anterior shoulder dislocation.
* Franceschi types 2 and 3 labral defects
* subcritical glenoid bone loss \<20%
* positive anterior shoulder apprehension
