About This Trial
This randomized study will evaluate whether protein-enriched parenteral nutrition improves early postoperative recovery in patients undergoing gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Participants will be assigned to receive either protein-enriched parenteral nutrition or standard parenteral nutrition during the perioperative period.
