Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Newly diagnosed ALL with t(9;22)(q34;q11) or BCR::ABL1 positivity (by PCR or FISH).
* Age ≥ 14 years.
* ECOG performance status ≤ 2.
