This trial is looking for adults who wear full dentures and want to improve how well they stay in place. Participants will use three different types of denture adhesives to see which one works best over a 13-hour period.
You may be able to join if
- I am at least 18 years old.
- I have a fully removable upper denture.
- I have a denture or natural teeth in my lower jaw that are stable.
- I can visit the study site as scheduled.
- I am in good general health.
- I understand the study procedures.
- I have signed the consent form.
You may not be able to join if
- I am currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- I have been involved in another study within the last 30 days.
- I am an employee or related to an employee at the study site.
- I have known allergies to the study materials.
- I have recently abused alcohol or drugs.
- I am taking bisphosphonate medications.
- I cannot follow the study rules or perform a reliable bite.
- I have been part of this study before.
