Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Diagnosis of primary IgA nephropathy (IgAN)
* Proteinuria above a protocol-defined threshold at screening
* Receiving stable standard-of-care therapy for IgAN for an adequate duration prior to enrollment, unless contraindicated or not tolerated
