Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with certain types of blood cancers that have not responded to previous treatments. Participants will receive a customized treatment using their own modified immune cells to help fight the cancer.

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies.
  • I have enough functioning organs to participate.
  • I have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • I have provided written consent to participate.
  • I have a good performance status (ECOG < 2).
  • I have received appropriate previous therapies for my condition.
  • I have measurable disease as required by the study.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have uncontrolled life-threatening infections.
  • I am HIV positive.
  • I am actively infected with hepatitis B or C.
  • I have had a heart attack in the last 6 months.
  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I have active autoimmune neurological disorders.
  • I cannot comply with study requirements as per the investigator.
  • I have received certain treatments within the needed time frame before the trial.
