Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients aged 80 years or older.
* Undergoing elective surgery requiring hospital admission.
* Able to understand and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Inability to speak Spanish.
* Pre-existing cognitive impairment.
