Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Diagnosed with bruxism.
* Aged 18-55 years.
* Presence of trigger points in the trapezius muscle, according to the criteria defined by Travell and Simons.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Acute tears, tendon ruptures, or severe muscle injuries.
