Inclusion Criteria:
Individuals aged 14 years or older;
Clinical suspicion of leprosy based on dermatologic or neurologic examination OR;
Presence of peripheral nerve enlargement or skin lesions compatible with leprosy;
Ability to provide written informed consent.
