Fear and anxiety experienced by children during inhalation therapy (using a nebulizer or vaporizer) are key factors that make treatment compliance difficult and reduce the quality of care. Inclusion Criteria:
* \- Children aged 6-9 years
* Scheduled to receive nebulizer inhalation therapy due to acute or chronic respiratory disease
* Conscious, responsive to environmental stimuli, and able to communicate verbally or nonverbally
