Inclusion Criteria:
* Adults
* Acute respiratory failure with non-invasive ventilation or high-flow oxygenotherapy hospitalized in critical care unit
* Conscious
* Insurance coverage
* Consent to participate
Exclusion Criteria:
* pregnancy
* cutaneous lesion on the scalp
* guardianship
