Inclusion Criteria: * ⦁ Age ≥ 18 years. * Both sexes. * Displaced metatarsal neck or shaft fractures. * Unstable fracture for which reduction could not be maintained after closed reduction. * Open fractures Exclusion Criteria: * ⦁ Fractures combined with Lisfranc injury. * Other conco…
