* Patients aged 18-60 years
* Systemically healthy individuals (ASA I or II)
* Presence of a mandibular first or second molar diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis
* Vital tooth confirmed by positive response to pulp sensibility tests (cold test/EPT)
