Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Diagnosed cyanotic CHD
* Univentricular heart physiology
* Planned staged palliation including Fontan procedure
* Informed consent obtained (patient or guardian)
Exclusion Criteria:
* Refusal to participate
* Incomplete clinical data
* Inability to complete follow-up
