Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age between 18 and 65 years
* Diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis
* Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score ≥24
* Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) score between 0 and 6.5
* No relapse within the last 3 months
* Voluntary participation with written informed consent
