Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥ 65 years.
* Both sexes.
* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status II.
* Scheduled for elective ophthalmology surgery under general anesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria:
* History of severe cardiac arrhythmias or uncontrolled hypertension.
