Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥ 18 years.
* Both sexes.
* American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) physical status I-III.
* Undergoing total hip arthroplasty (THA) under spinal anesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria:
* History of allergies to local anesthetics.
* Opioid dependency.
