Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* competent (able to consent)
* adult women (over 18 years old)
* with recurrent stress urinary incontinence
Exclusion Criteria:
* women who are pregnant
* unfit for surgery
* body mass index (BMI) over 35
