This trial is looking for patients with acute leukemia who have undergone a special type of transplant called allo-HSCT. Participants will receive a menin inhibitor medication to help prevent the leukemia from coming back.

Must be taking Menin inhibitors

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 15 years old
  • I have been diagnosed with acute leukemia
  • I have received an allo-HSCT transplant at least 30 days ago
  • I have received at least 2 cycles of menin inhibitor therapy
  • I am in a complete remission state before starting maintenance therapy
  • I have no evidence of leukemia relapse during treatment
  • I can understand and sign the informed consent form
  • I have complete clinical data

You may not be able to join if

  • I have had a relapse of leukemia before starting maintenance therapy
  • I have an uncontrolled active infection
  • I have severe liver or kidney problems
  • I have severe heart problems
  • I have ongoing severe graft-versus-host disease
  • I have a history of other cancers needing treatment
  • I have a gastrointestinal disorder affecting medication absorption
  • I have missing clinical data that affects assessment

About This Trial
The objective of this observational study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of menin inhibitor maintenance therapy in patients with acute leukemia who have undergone allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).
