Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥ 18 years.
* Diagnosis of ESRD (eGFR \< 15 mL/min/1.73m² or already on dialysis) with plans for hemodialysis.
* Planned primary upper extremity AVF creation (radiocephalic, brachiocephalic, or brachiobasilic).
