Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Body mass index \> 40 kg/m2
* ASA II
Exclusion Criteria:
* Limited diaphragmatic ultrasound views
* Patient with pulmonary diseases (COPD, bronchial asthma, and interstitial fibrosis)
* Patient refusal
