Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Adults aged ≥40 years.
* Diagnosed with COPD confirmed by spirometry (post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC \< 0.70) and H. pylori positive.
* Willing to participate and provide consent for testing and follow-up.
