Inclusion Criteria:
* Female patients aged 18-65 years
* ASA physical status I-III
* Scheduled for elective unilateral mastectomy with axillary lymph node dissection under general anesthesia
* Able to understand and use the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) for pain assessment
