Inclusion Criteria: * Diagnosed with unilateral chronic ankle instability (CAI) in accordance with the International Ankle Consortium recommendations * A history of at least one significant lateral ankle sprain that occurred at least 12 months prior to participation, resulting in inflammatory sympt…
