Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for patients with relapsed or hard-to-treat acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma. Participants will receive a new treatment called 4A10 through an IV infusion once a week and will be closely monitored for safety and effectiveness.

You may be able to join if

  • I have been diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma.
  • I have a relapsed or refractory disease without curative options.
  • I have adequate organ function and performance status.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have central nervous system disease (CNS3).
  • I have a DNA fragility syndrome, such as Fanconi or Bloom.
  • I have trisomy 21 (Down Syndrome).
  • I have had prior exposure to anti-CD127 therapies.
  • I have uncontrolled infections.

About This Trial
