Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Low energy availability (with or without disordered eating)
* Menstrual dysfunction (oligomenorrhea)
* Low bone mineral density or a history of stress fractures
Exclusion criteria:
* Recent fractures or unhealed stress fractures within the last 6 months.
