About This Trial
This prospective observational cohort study aims to determine the incidence of early postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) in patients undergoing major gynecological surgery. Cognitive function will be assessed using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) preoperatively and on postoperative day 3.
