Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients undergoing laparotomy.
* Patients aged 25 to 65 years.
* Both genders.
* Patients with ASA Class I, II.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients who do not give consent.
* Patients with Comorbidities like DM, HTN, CKD, CLD.
* Patients with bleeding disorders.
