Inclusion Criteria
* Adults ≥18 years receiving maintenance in-center hemodialysis
* Clinically stable for brief seated intradialytic intervention
* Able to understand and follow eye-exercise instructions
* Able to provide informed consent
* Able to sit upright independently during dialysis
