This phase II trial compares standard consolidation with daratumumab, carfilzomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone to consolidation with teclistamab following standard induction therapy and autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplant for improving overall survival of patients with plasma cell leukemia.
