Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Aged ≥65 years
* Living in Barcelona (Spain) or Nicosia (Cyprus) metropolitan areas
* Have a physician's diagnosis of arterial hypertension
* Receive daily anti-hypertensive medication
* Clinically stable
