Eligibility Criteria
Child Participant Inclusion Criteria:
* Ages 13-17.5 years
* Confirmed genetic diagnosis of Prader-Willi Syndrome
* Fluent in spoken English
* Adolescent's use of flexible phrase speech or greater
* Meeting clinically significant emotional dysregulation criteria
