About This Trial
A stroke occurs when blood stops flowing through a blood vessel to the brain, typically from a burst blood vessel or a blood clot. Hemiparesis is associated with impairment of motor function in the lower limb(s) and with instability of the pelvis. Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age: 40-60 years
* Gender: both Male and Female.
* 1st episodes of stroke either haemorrhagic and Ischemic
* Standing Ability with or without assistance aid/mobility Beyond burnstorm stage 3,argue that Burnstrom stage beyond 3 will be recruited.
