This trial is looking for women with a specific type of advanced breast cancer who have had some treatment already. If eligible, participants will receive a combination of drugs to manage their condition.
You may be able to join if
- I am a female aged 18 to 75 years old.
- I have been diagnosed with metastatic or locally advanced unresectable breast cancer.
- My breast cancer is hormone receptor-positive and HER2-positive.
- I have had 4-8 cycles of anti-tumor therapy without disease progression.
- My overall health is good (ECOG 0-1 status).
You may not be able to join if
- I have active brain metastases or extensive leptomeningeal metastases.
- I have had a serious allergic reaction to the study drugs.
- I am currently receiving other anti-tumor therapies.
