Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Aged between 1 and 15 years inclusive,
* Carrier of a pathogenic variant of CTNNB1,
* Patient with dystonia,
* Patient willing to comply with the contraception requirements detailed in the protocol.
