This trial is looking for people aged 18 to 40 who have had neck pain for at least three months. Participants will compare two ways of getting rehabilitation: online or in a clinic, both with educational support about pain.

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 40 years old.
  • I have neck pain for at least three months.
  • I have moderate pain in my neck.
  • I can use a mobile phone and the internet.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have had any neck surgery.
  • I have fibromyalgia or myelopathy.
  • I have spinal deformities.
  • I have cervical radiculopathy or vertigo.
  • I have had an infection in my neck.
  • I have a history of whiplash injury.
  • I have had physiotherapy in the last six months.
  • I have a cognitive disorder that prevents me from learning.
