Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for adults with a broken ankle to help translate and adapt a questionnaire for Turkish speakers. Participants will complete the questionnaire and some assessments to help improve recovery measures for ankle injuries.
Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years old or older
- I have a broken ankle confirmed by an X-ray
- I have had surgery or treatment like a cast for my ankle
- I am in the rehabilitation phase, between 3 weeks and 12 months after my injury
- I speak Turkish and can fill out a questionnaire myself
- I can give written consent to participate
You may not be able to join if
- I have broken both ankles
- I have had a previous break or surgery on the same ankle
- I have a broken ankle due to a tumor or other health issue
- I have another serious injury to the same leg
- I have injuries to other parts of my body that affect my function
- I have a cognitive or mental health issue that makes it hard for me to fill out a questionnaire
- I cannot read enough Turkish to complete the questionnaire
- I cannot attend a follow-up visit for testing

Ankle fractures are common injuries that can affect a patient's mobility, mood, sleep, and everyday life for months. Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age 18 years or older
* Radiographically confirmed unilateral ankle fracture (Weber A, B, or C)
* Either surgical (open reduction and internal fixation) or conservative (cast, walker boot, or functional brace) treatment completed
