About This Trial
This prospective randomized controlled trial will compare ejaculation-preserving bipolar transurethral enucleation of the prostate with standard bipolar transurethral enucleation of the prostate in sexually active men with benign prostatic hyperplasia and lower urinary tract symptoms after failed medical treatment.
