Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients with radicular pain persisting for 12 weeks to 1 year, with no acute episode in the last 4 weeks
* Unilateral symptoms radiating below the buttock to thigh, knee, or lower leg
* Positive Slump Test
* Positive Straight Leg Raise (SLR) test above 45°
